A pack of frozen mixed vegetables can be a tummy saver when moms suddenly find themselves short of time and a couple of rumbling tummies that are about to burst in the doors. It can save you a lot of prep time and allow you to whip up a yummy and nutritious meal in a flash. Just like the Stir-Fry Chicken with Mixed Veggies which can be done in 10 minutes.
2 pcs of chicken breast fillet sliced into strips
1/3 cup of frozen mixed vegetables
1 small sized bell pepper cut into strips
1 clove garlic, minced
½ small white onion minced
1 tbsp oyster sauce
salt and pepper for seasoning
Saute garlic in olive oil using low heat for about 30 seconds then add the onions.
Wait for the onions to turn transparent then add the chicken and stir fry.
Put oyster sauce and continue to stir fry until chicken is coated with sauce.
Add mixed vegetables and bell pepper then season with salt and pepper.
Stir fry for about a minute and remove pan from heat.
