Slice 1/2 kilo of kasim or pigue into small cubes, season with a pinch of salt and ground pepper then stir fry, remove from pan. Saute garlic, onions, tomatoes, carrots and bell pepper. Season to taste and remove from fire. Scoop a cup of rice, more if your kids have a hearty appetite, and place it in an airtight lunch box. Pour a good helping of Menudo on top, and presto!
